Megan Peiffer is a senior legal, policy, and business strategist with nearly two decades of experience
spanning government affairs, public affairs, strategic consulting, and business development. Currently
serving as Senior Consultant at EvolvED Global and National Director of Strategic Initiatives for State
Business Executives, she provides comprehensive business and policy consulting to help organizations
navigate complex policy environments and drive sustainable growth. Megan also leads MKP Consulting,
LLC, where she leverages her expertise in federal and state policy to deliver strategic guidance to
organizations navigating legislative and regulatory landscapes.

Her career encompasses leadership roles including Director of World Trade Center Denver's Global
Trade Activator Program and Director of Immigration & Workforce Policy at the Colorado Business
Roundtable. As former General Counsel & Account Director at Strategic Elements LLC, she managed
national advocacy campaigns for Fortune 50 corporations and major trade associations. Her public
sector experience includes six years as Government Affairs Associate for the Iowa League of Cities,
where she shaped municipal policy initiatives.
